Spokane

This weekend me, my mom, my brother, my sister, my cousin Jonah, my cousin Noah and my uncle Robb are going to Spokane for my 18 year old cousin Dana's graduation. It is going to be so awesome. The car ride there is with my cousins and my family(not including my dad) so I think it's going to get crazy. We have DVD player, but we don't have a very good selection of movies. Hopefully the car ride goes well.

Once there was a gentalman who talked about a promised land He reached out and took the troubles of the people in his strong black hands.

Thats all I feel like writting right now and thats not all of it. Some of my friends sang too!

Camping

This weekend we hitched up our tent trailer and hit the road. We were going camping with my mom's roommates from college. There was 5 family's including us and a boatload of kids. there was 9 boys and only 4 girls. The kids ages ranged from 4 months to 10 years old. If you made a list of the kids based on there age with the youngest on the bottom I would be on the tippy top which put me as the person in charge alot because we were in the woods most of the time and we did not want anybody getting lost.

Nature club:

Here is a picture of the nature club. We don't quite have everybody in the picture that was in the nature club because some people do not like getting their picture taken. If you were wondering if I was in the club the answer was yes. But if I was in the picture I wouldn't of been able to actually take the picture. What the nature club was really about was saving nature. It was really fun to teach younger kids more about the enviorment and how we can help it. We enjoyed the camping so much and we can't wait untell the next one next summer!

Cousins are here!

This weekend cousins from Spokane and they stayed at my grandparents house. We went over there on Saturday to see them then they were going to come over to my house for dinner. At my grandma's house me and my cousin Astrid took my brother and sister down to the stream and got all muddy so we came back and washed off with he hose then me and Astrid ended up having a big water fight. At one point I totally soaked Astrid! After we all had loads of fun we headed to my house for more fun and some yummy dinner of chicken, pesto, watermelon and much more. We had so much fun and at the end of the day when everybody left Astrid got to stay and sleep over!

Lake Chelan

We got to skip school and head over to Grandpa & Grandma's condo in Lake Chelan. They have a condo in Wapato. They have an outside pool and and an inside pool. This is a picture of us in the outside pool when my dad is throwing me around and my sister is hanging on daddy's back.

I just noticed that in the picture it looks like daddy has a mowhawk. I don't know if he actually did or not but it sure looks like it. We spent alot of time at the pool but we also spent alot of time cayaking. We had gotten alot of pics so I'll just show you some of them.

Nolan's B-Day

Nolan turned 7 on May 21, 2010. He had 6 or 7 friends over. I couldn't keep track. He had his party on his b-day after school. At his party everybody got homemade aprons and got to make their own pizzas. I had alot of fun myself but I do not look like that in the picture. For dessert Nolan chose donuts because he doesn't like cake very much. I think he had alot of fun and again I can't wait untell I turn 1o.

Sophia's B-Day

Did you notice in the picture Sophia has the number 1 on her cupcake? She is actally turning 4 but mommy forgot to buy candles. Sophia was so excited to turn 4 and had lots of friends over like Estella, Henry, Drew, Anna, Maggie and Kylie. They played bingo and had a pinyata to hit full of candy. Sophia says she can't wait tell 5 ( She can't wait untell she turns 5) Now that I remember what it's like to have a birthday I can't wait untell I turn 10. ( not that I would forget what it's like)

This was the first Thanksgiving we have ever hosted. Mom and Dad were away in Charleston with Scott and Lara's family. We missed being with mom and dad as well as Tom's family but needless to say we had lots of fun and good food. Mike and Andrea came over from Spokane and R&R's family as well. It is hard to believe that Dana and Hannah are joining the adult table now.

A LeRoy Thanksgiving Tradition

Oh, the traditional cranberry jello salad. What can we say. We always have it and joke about who really likes it. But you know how traditions are. There are a few in the family who think it is amazing. Needless to say, mom and dad are in Charleston, SC for Thanksgiving this year and we took on the grinding. It was really fun and the kids thought it was great making it. Maybe it isn't about the jello, but about the experience making it.

Sleepover

This is Kylie our neighbor enjoying a movie with Sophia and Nolan on our bed while Isabelle's party was going on downstairs. That night when Tom and I went to bed their was a spot glowing on our bed. One of the glow sticks we gave them leaked all over our bed....nich huh?

Isabelle turns 8!

Isabelle had a fun birthday weekend with friends and family and school celebrations! She started her day with a tray breakfast from mommy with hot cocoa and french toast. Below is her dancing with her new ipod. A birthday is also never complete without kisses from cousins and something sweet to eat.

Halloween 2008

The Giraffe, Dorothy and Harley Dude! We had a fun Halloween and held out until 7:30 until Tom got home to go trick or treating with us. I think the kids had more thrill out of answering the door that night!

The Sleepover

Isabelle, Cousin Jacob and Cousin Jonah had a big kid sleepover at Grandma and Grandpa LeRoys. They have so much fun playing games, eating junk food and watching movies, and of course just being silly.

Rollin' Rollin' Rollin'

This is the prized possession in our house. Nolan this summer took it upon himself to teach Sophia how to drive the tractor. It was very cute and she had complete trust in Nolan.

Oh boy, what can we say. Sophia is definately our fearless one. Thank goodness for the helmet. We have tried to explain the need for a driver's license but she just gives us that smile.

Isabelle is just loving soccer ! This has been her first season and has proven to be something she really loves. Her favorite position is goal keeper. It surprises us, but boy is she good at it. It has been fun seeing her change and grow throughout the season. Of course we can't leave out the amazing cheering committee, Sophia and Nolan. They come to the games to cheer (or play in the dirt on the hill) and are always so enthusiastic about it.

Flying Rockets 2008

Me and my friend Zoe were picked to represent our class at the 2008 Science Olympics. We were making paper rockets and ours made it the farthest in class. We got to compete with other second graders from North Kitsap. Needless to say we did not shoot ours the farthest that night, but we were still proud. We even got a ribbon!

Here is the line-up. Sophia came in 12th place, Isabelle came in 14th, and Nolan in 15th. They are very proud.

Wheeling them to the Nursery!

Here they are working hard to deliver them to the contest! Tom was also a big help in lifting these big, big, big, big pumpkins.
